NNA – The representative of fuel distributors in Lebanon, Fadi Abou Chakra, on Wednesday told the National News Agency that there was a delay in the publication of the new fuel prices schedule due to the incessant increase of the US dollar exchange rate against the Lebanese pound.

“Consultations are underway to reach a satisfactory solution for everyone. A meeting will be held at the energy ministry at 10:00 am to discuss the issue with caretaker minister Raymond Ghajar and the general petroleum directorate,”” Abou Chakra added.
