Tripoli: The Government assigned by the House of Representatives (HoR) announced the dispatch of the first shipment of relief aid to N'Djamena to support the Chadian people in facing the damage resulted by floods and torrents witnessed in many areas there. According to the Government's Facebook page today, a cargo plane carrying relief aid provided by the government landed at N'Djamena International Airport on Sunday evening. Source: Libyan News Agency
