AL-MURTADA ON ‘RUSSIAN NATIONAL DAY’: RUSSIA IS A COUNTRY OF GLORY, CIVILIZATION AND PRIDE

Caretaker Minister of Culture, Judge Mohammad Wissam Al-Murtada, tweeted today on the occasion of the Russian National Day, saying: “Russia is a country of glory, civilization and pride that has welcomed tens of thousands of Lebanese in its institutes and universities, starting with our immortal writer Mikhail Naimy…and it has contributed to defeating the takfiris and thwarting their intentions to invade Lebanon!”

He added: “Congratulations to Russia, the Russian people and His Excellency Ambassador Alexander Rudakov.”
