Beirut: President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun, on Wednesday welcomed Dr. Wassim Daher, Chairman and Director General of the South Lebanon Water Establishment, who briefed him on repair works carried out at water stations and networks damaged by the Israeli attacks. Dr. Daher noted that operations have resumed at the Wazzani station, while rehabilitation of the Baas station will begin once the necessary funding is secured.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the President also met with four newly appointed Lebanese ambassadors before their departure to assume their posts abroad: Milad Raad (China), Dima Farah (Armenia), Jean Mourad (Cyprus), and Youssef Jabbour (Serbia) – and provided them with guidance for their upcoming diplomatic missions.
