Aoun Meets MEA’s Al-Hout to Discuss Airline’s Role Amid Recent Crisis

Beirut: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, engaged in discussions today with Mohammad Al-Hout, the Chairman and Director General of Middle East Airlines (MEA), focusing on the airline’s current situation. During the meeting, Al-Hout extended his congratulations to Aoun on his recent election as President of the Republic.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Aoun praised Middle East Airlines for its exceptional role during the recent Israeli aggression on Lebanon. The airline played a crucial part in keeping Lebanon connected with the global community, facilitating travel for Lebanese citizens in and out of the country. Aoun expressed his appreciation for Al-Hout’s leadership and the efficient management of the airline amidst challenging circumstances.
