BAALBEK MARKET CLOSES DOORS AS USD HITS LBP 22 THOUSAND THRESHOLD

Most of the shops closed their doors in the city of Baalbek after Prime Minister-designate, Saad Hariri, announced his decision to refrain from his task to form a new cabinet. Their move also comes in protest against the rise in the USD dollar exchange rate in the black market as it has hit the LBP 22 thousand threshold.
