BEIRUT: Acting Director General of the General Security agency, Major General Elias Baissari, met Monday with the new Swedish Ambassador to Lebanon, Jessica Svardstrom, who came on an acquaintance visit. The meeting was an opportunity for both officials to discuss various aspects of Lebanese-Swedish bilateral ties.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the discussions between Major General Baissari and Ambassador Svardstrom focused on strengthening the relationship between Lebanon and Sweden. This visit marks an important step in fostering collaboration and exchange between the two nations.
