Beiteddine International Festival Unveils Summer 2025 Program with Ministerial Support

Beirut: The Beiteddine International Festival Committee held a press conference at the Ministry of Tourism’s Glass Hall in Hamra to announce their Summer 2025 Program. The event took place under the patronage of Minister of Tourism Laura Lahoud, with the presence of Ministers of Culture Dr. Ghassan Salameh and Information Paul Morcos, as well as participating artists.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the announcement was part of a day filled with significant events across the city. Earlier in the morning, a session of the Parliamentary Committee on National Economy, Trade, Industry, and Planning was conducted, chaired by MP Farid Al-Boustani at the Parliament Offices Building. This session aimed to address current national economic concerns.

Additionally, a seminar titled ‘Societal Readings in Times of War: Lebanon, Gaza, Jerusalem’ was organized by the Faculty of Social Sciences at Lebanese University. Held under the patronage of Lebanese University President Prof. Bassam Badran, the seminar aimed to explore the societal impacts of conflicts in the region.

In the realm of political dialogue, the ‘Consultative Gathering of Provincial Elites’ convened at the Press Syndicate Hall. This session focused on continuing discussions around the presidential oath, highlighting ongoing political engagement among provincial leaders.

The day’s events concluded with the Municipality of Beirut inaugurating a new lighting project for the Raouche Corniche, Australia Street, and surrounding roads. This project was launched under the patronage of Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam and took place at the Ramada Plaza Hotel on Australia Street.
