AIN AL-TINEH: House Speaker Nabih Berri on Thursday welcomed French Foreign Minister Jean-No«l Barrot and his delegation at the second presidential residence in Ain al-Tineh. The diplomatic meeting was part of ongoing discussions aimed at strengthening ties between Lebanon and France.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the meeting was also attended by Anne Grillo, Director of the Middle East and North Africa Department at the French Foreign Ministry. The talks focused on bilateral relations and regional issues, highlighting the importance of cooperation between the two nations. The visit by the French Foreign Minister underscores France’s commitment to maintaining strong diplomatic ties with Lebanon amidst regional challenges.
