Beirut: House Speaker Nabih Berri sent a congratulatory cable to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on Tuesday, marking the 52nd anniversary of the October victories.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Berri expressed his sincere congratulations on behalf of the House of Parliament to President Sisi, the Egyptian people, and the Egyptian Armed Forces. He wished President Sisi success in leading Egypt towards further strength, progress, and prosperity. Berri also extended his wishes for continued security and stability for the Egyptian people.
