Baabda: The Cabinet session held at Baabda Palace under the chairmanship of President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, concluded a while ago, our correspondent reported on Wednesday. The Council of Ministers appointed Mohammed Qabbani as Chairman of the Council for Development and Reconstruction.
