Minister of Culture Mohammad Mortada on Tuesday began an official visit to Iran, and met with Iranian Energy Minister Ali Akbar Mehrabian over the electricity crisis in Lebanon and the help the Islamic Republic can offer in this regard.
“Lebanon will not be left alone in the face of its crises,” the Iranian Minister said. “It is our duty to stand by the side of Lebanon and the Lebanese and to offer them the required support,” he added. “Iran has already made all-inclusive offers, but unfortunately, the Lebanese side did not accept them,” he reminded.
