Caretaker Minister of Culture, Judge Mohammad Wissam Al-Mortada, on Friday welcomed Greek Ambassador to Lebanon, Catherine Fountoulaki, with whom he broached an array of general Greek and Lebanese affairs.

Fountoulaki also shared with Mortada the Greek experience dealing with the country’s economic meltdown and monetary crisis within the last ten years.

The pair reportedly explored the means to bolster future cooperation in the cultural field. They also discussed the participation of the Greek Embassy in the activities of the “Francophone Month”, which will be organized by the Lebanese Ministry of Culture in March 2023.
