Gaza Strip: Medical sources announced on Saturday that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 50,669, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Israeli occupation’s aggression on October 7, 2023.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the situation has continued to escalate, with the number of injuries reaching 115,225. Many victims remain trapped under the rubble, inaccessible to ambulance and civil defense crews, further complicating rescue efforts.

The medical sources reported that in the past 24 hours alone, 60 martyrs and 162 wounded individuals have been admitted to hospitals in the Gaza Strip. The ongoing conflict has also resulted in a death toll of 1,309 martyrs and 3,184 wounded since March 18, following the violation of a ceasefire agreement by the occupation forces. Rescue operations remain hindered by the inability to reach several victims who are still trapped under debris and on the streets.
