NNA – Mufti of the Lebanese Republic, Sheikh Abdullatif Derian, described in a statement the storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque by the Israeli enemy as “terrorism” and a flagrant violation of human rights and international covenants.

He appealed to the Arab and Islamic countries and the international community to move quickly to protect the Palestinian people and put an end to this repeated aggression without any deterrence or conscience, and to pressure the Zionist entity to stop these violations in Al-Aqsa Mosque and occupied Jerusalem.
