– Al-Mishri gets (69) votes.

– Takala gets (68) votes.

A dispute over one paper written on the back in the name of Takala, and whether it is counted or excluded. If it is excluded, the round will be in favor of Al-Mishri by a difference of one vote, and if it is counted, the two candidates will be equal in the percentage of votes (69) votes for each of them.. and a third round will be resorted to.
