Beirut: Lebanon's Minister of National Defense, Michel Mouwanes, met today at his office in Yarzeh with the Dutch Ambassador to Lebanon, Frank Molen. The discussion focused on the general situation in Lebanon, particularly the increasing Israeli attacks.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Ambassador Molen expressed condolences for the martyrs of the attacks and reaffirmed the Netherlands' continued support for Lebanon, its institutions, and its army, mentioning an additional aid package from his government for Lebanon and its military.

Minister Mouwanes called on the Netherlands to join the international community and friendly states in pressuring Israel to halt its aggression against Lebanon.
