State Minister for Presidency Affairs, Salim Jreissati, continued Thursday its meetings in France, within the framework of preparations for the foundation of a human academy for dialogue upon the initiative of President Michel Aoun.
In Paris, Jreissari met with French State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne, who highlighted France’s support for the academy’s establishment.
The pair also discussed the current situation in Lebanon and the broader region, in addition to the necessity of repatriating the displaced Syrians present on the Lebanese soil.
Talks also touched on the bilateral ties between Lebanon and France.
