Federal Court: The President of the Republic has the right to submit draft laws to Parliament, except for two projects

The Federal Court confirmed the authority of the President of the Republic and the Council of Ministers to submit draft laws to the House of Representatives, with the exception of the "Financial Budget Law and Final Account", which the President may not submit, but is submitted exclusively by the Council of Ministers.
