Beirut: Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri, on Sunday, chaired a joint meeting of the Future Movement’s Presidential Council and its Political and Executive Bureaus, in the presence of former MP Bahia Hariri, President of the Hariri Foundation for Sustainable Human Development. The meeting addressed the general political situation in the country and the internal affairs of the Future Movement.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, during the meeting, Hariri informed the attendees of his decision to appoint Ms. Bahia Hariri as Vice President of the Future Movement. Earlier, Hariri received former Deputy Speaker of Parliament Elie Ferzli, in the presence of Ms. Bahia Hariri, with talks touching on the latest developments. He also received former Prime Minister Tammam Salam, in the presence of Advisor Hani Hammoud, with latest developments topping their discussions.
