Beirut: Head of the ceasefire monitoring committee in Lebanon, General Jesper Jeffers, has reached Ain-el-Tineh accompanied by a military delegation and US Ambassador Lisa Johnson, for talks with House Speaker Nabih Berri.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the visit signifies an important dialogue between the international monitoring body and Lebanese officials. General Jeffers’s presence, along with the U.S. Ambassador, underscores the significance of the discussions aimed at reinforcing the ceasefire agreements and ensuring continued stability in the region.
