Health Minister at Medical Conference: Government Committed to Supporting Lebanese Army

Hermel: Public Health Minister Rakan Nasser Al-Din inaugurated the 9th medical conference organized by Al-Batoul Hospital in the public library hall in Hermel. In his speech, the minister praised ‘the bold stance of President Joseph Aoun in tasking the Lebanese Army to confront Israeli incursions into Lebanese territory,’ adding that the Lebanese always rely on the army to repel and face any Israeli aggression.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, he emphasized that ‘the government remains committed, as per the ministerial statement, to supporting the army, enhancing its capabilities to protect the nation, repel occupation, secure prisoners, and extend its authority across the country.’

Nasser Al-Din also highlighted the daily sacrifice of the martyrs, describing it as ‘a continuous state of war by the Israeli enemy,’ asserting that ‘we cannot ignore what is happening, and we take pride in our martyrs. If needed, we know who to rely on, and we know it is you, the devoted sons of this country.’
