Beirut: Minister of Public Health Rakan Nasser El-Dine received a phone call yesterday evening from Egyptian Health and Housing Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, during which the Israeli attacks on Lebanon were condemned.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Minister Abdel Ghaffar praised the efforts of the Lebanese Ministry of Health, expressing Egypt's support for ensuring the resilience of the health sector amidst the difficult conditions in the country.

The Egyptian Health Minister was also briefed during the meeting on the increasing needs in the medical and hospital fields due to the continued rise in the number of casualties.
