COVID-19 cases and deaths continued to decrease within the region of Sidon -Zahrani Municipalities Union, whereby 130 infected cases and one death were registered this week as opposed to 145 infections and 3 deaths last week.

In its weekly report covering the period of December 11 to 17, the Union’s Crisis Management Operations Room indicated that 546 active cases are currently under follow-up, noting that the cases are divided into 130 infections, one death, and 195 recoveries within one week.
