Jounieh:Interior and Municipalities Minister Ahmad Hajjar visited Jounieh, joined by Mayor Faysal Efram and Mount Lebanon Governor Mohammad Makkawi, to discuss cooperation between local authorities and the Interior Ministry.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, Minister Hajjar emphasized the necessity for direct communication and stronger collaboration with municipalities. He expressed hope that citizens would benefit from this partnership, assuring the residents of Keserwan and Jbeil of the state's support, irrespective of administrative divisions.

Minister Hajjar underscored the critical role of municipalities in addressing citizens' needs, stating that their satisfaction was a key indicator of success. He concluded his visit by asserting, "If the people of Jounieh are satisfied, then I am satisfied."
