Israeli Drone Strike Kills Two in South Lebanon


Beirut: An Israeli drone carried out an airstrike around 2:30 PM this afternoon, targeting a pickup truck at the entrance of the town of Safad El-Batikh in the Bint Jbeil district, according to the National News Agency. The strike resulted in the death of two civilians.



According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the incident has raised concerns over the escalating tensions in the region. The attack took place near the southern border, an area that has witnessed occasional violence in recent years.
