Nabatieh: An Israeli drone strike on Monday resulted in the death of Lebanese State Security officer, Corporal Mahdi Khreis, in the Nabatieh region. The attack, carried out using a guided missile, occurred while Khreis was performing his national duty, marking a significant breach of the ceasefire agreement.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the General Directorate of State Security issued a statement condemning the strike as a severe escalation and a blatant violation of Lebanese sovereignty. The statement highlighted the aggressive actions of the occupation forces and their disregard for international agreements and conventions.
