Beirut: Israeli strikes earlier on Wednesday killed and wounded dozens across several regions in Lebanon, according to the Health Ministry's Emergency Operations Center and local reports. An Israeli drone strike targeted a car on the road to the town of Shaqra, while three people were killed in a dawn strike on the town of Bint Jbeil. In the Tyre district, Israeli airstrikes on the town of Shehabiyeh killed seven people and wounded 11.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, in the Bekaa, strikes on Tamnine al-Tahta killed seven people and wounded 18, while five others were injured in Ali al-Nahri. A drone strike on an SUV in the Saf al-Hawa area of Bint Jbeil killed three people, while another drone attack in Baraachit wounded two Syrian nationals, one critically. Additional strikes and drone attacks were reported in Tebnine, Babliyeh, and Shaat north of Baalbek.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces issued warnings to residents of several southern villages, including Yater, Qlileh, Hanniyeh, Jbal al-Botm, Majdal Zoun, and Kafra, to evacuate. Drone aircraft also continued flying over villages in the Zahrani area.
