Beirut: An Israeli enemy vessel on Thursday was spotted off the coast of Mansouri as a series of powerful explosions carried out by Israeli forces echoed across several villages in southern Lebanon's western sector from shortly after midnight until dawn, with the blasts heard as far away as the city of Tyre.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the explosions targeted the towns of Mansouri and Majdal Zoun, as well as Mazraat Bayt al-Sayyad. Israeli forces also opened machine-gun fire toward Wadi al-Hujeir and Wadi al-Salouqi.
There were no immediate reports of casualties or information on the extent of the damage.
