ARMY PATROL CONFISCATES FUEL-SMUGGLING TRUCK, COMES UNDER ATTACK BY CLAN MEMBERS IN MANSOURA

A number of individuals belonging to “J” clan attacked an army patrol with sticks and sharp tools, as it intercepted a “pickup” truck used for smuggling fuel in the Mansoura area located between the border town of al-Qasr and the city of Hermel, NNA correspondent reported on Sunday.

 

The attackers tried to prevent the army from confiscating the truck, which led to a clash until the army patrol managed to take control of the vehicle and confiscate it.
