Future Parliamentary bloc member, Deputy Ammar Houry, said on Wednesday that Prime Minister Saad Hariri’s visit to Saudi Arabia had been very well expected, but awaited the ripening of the situation and a set date.
“The Saudi delegation did not delve into the details of internal Lebanese affairs,” Houry told the Voice of Lebanon radio station. “Saudi Arabia has always supported the Lebanese state and the country’s stability,” he added.
“The Future Movement is at a stage where it’s holding internal discussions and evaluating the nature of the electoral battle and alliances,” Houry added.
“We will ultimately determine the candidates’ names and electoral lists; negotiations among the Future Movement, Lebanese Forces, and other parties are open,” he concluded.
