NNA – Tunisian ambassador to Lebanon, Burawi Imam, on Wednesday visited Sidon and South Lebanon’s Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture where he was received by the Chamber’s president, Mohamed Saleh, and other officials.

An expanded meeting was held in the presence of Sidon Merchants’ Association Head, Ali Al-Sharif, during which discussions featured high on the best means to enhance trade exchange between Lebanese businessmen and their Tunisian counterparts in all fields.

The meeting also assessed the available investment opportunities and discussed the valuable historical relations between the two countries.

During the meeting, the Tunisian ambassador stressed, “Our common history enables us to transform weakness in the trade balance into a force that unites us.”
