Lebanese Press Syndicate President Joins Arab Journalists Union Meeting in Morocco

Laayoune: President of the Lebanese Press Editors’ Syndicate and Assistant Secretary-General of the Arab Journalists Union, Joseph Al-Qosseifi, has traveled to the Kingdom of Morocco to participate in the General Secretariat meeting of the Union. This significant gathering is taking place in Laayoune, hosted by the Moroccan National Press Council.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Al-Qosseifi is slated to present a keynote address during the Arab Forum on Media Sovereignty. The forum, themed ‘Defending the Mind and Awareness in the Face of Disinformation,’ will feature his presentation titled ‘Enhancing Standards of Quality and Freedom in Arab Media.’ This address will explore the pressing challenges and strategies for promoting responsible journalism across Arab nations.
