MOHSEN TO NNA: AIR TRANSPORT UNION HAS NOT CALLED FOR PARALYZING AIRPORT TRAFFIC

Head of the Executive Council of the Federation of Air Transport Unions in Lebanon, Ali Mohsen, denied in an interview with the National News Agency what has been circulated through some media sites and social media platforms that “the Union will call for the cessation of work and paralyzing traffic at the airport.”

He said that “these rumors are groundless and the Union is not aware of the statements attributed to it.”

“What the Union did at the airport yesterday is an expression of solidarity with Speaker of the House, Nabih Berri, that is all,” calling for “accuracy and caution in the transfer of any words attributed to the Union, which is always working to maintain proper workflow.”
