Beirut: Minister of Energy and Water, Joe Saddi, on Thursday welcomed Dr. Bader Mohammed Al-Saad, Director-General and Chairman of the Board of the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, at his office. The meeting was also attended by the President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), Engineer Nabil El-Jisr.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the discussions primarily focused on the ongoing cooperation between the ministry and the Arab Fund. They explored ways to enhance collaboration through projects in the electricity and sanitation sectors, aiming to improve infrastructure and services.

In a separate meeting, Minister Saddi received the Greek Ambassador to Lebanon, Despina Koukoulopoulou, who was accompanied by the Director of the Office of Economic and Trade Affairs. The discussions centered on the bilateral relations between Lebanon and Greece, with a particular emphasis on potential cooperation in electricity and oil sectors, further strengthening the ties between the two nations.
