Minister of Culture, Judge Mohammad Wissam Al-Mortada, on Monday welcomed in his office at the UNESCO Palace, Ambassador of the State of Malta, Dr. André Borg, with whom he discussed the establishment of a “solid cultural cooperation between the two countries and peoples based on common human values.”

Mediterranean and Phoenician roots, as well as other various topics were discussed, including the reactivation of national aviation activities between the two countries, exchanging technical missions, as well as signing a cultural memorandum of understanding in the near future.
