Tripoli: Deputy of the Presidential Council, "Musa Al-Koni", participated on Sunday evening, in the Rwandan capital, "Kigali", in the inauguration ceremony of the President of the Republic of Rwanda, "Paul Kagame", after winning the presidential elections that were recently held. According to what was published by the media office of the Presidential Council, the inauguration ceremony was attended by a number of African presidents and leaders, heads of a number of governments, and representatives of international organizations. The inauguration ceremony also included a military parade and popular performances expressing the cultural and social diversity enjoyed by the Republic of Rwanda.
