Beirut: Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc MP Hussein Hajj Hassan stated that Lebanon is confronted with “many challenges and obligations” and emphasized the need for the nation to stay prepared to follow the directives of former Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. Speaking at an event on Saturday, Hajj Hassan highlighted the ongoing occupation of at least five areas by Israel’s army and underscored the role of Washington as the head of the ceasefire monitoring committee.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Hajj Hassan addressed advocates of Lebanese sovereignty, criticizing the continued Israeli occupation of Lebanese territories and the resultant killing of civilians and destruction of homes. He expressed concern over the silence of officials and called on the state to take decisive action to liberate occupied lands and prevent further Israeli aggression.
