PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS KICK OFF IN LEBANON AMID STRINGENT SECURITY MEASURES BY LEBANESE ARMY, ISF

Parliamentary elections kicked off across Lebanon at 7:00 am on Sunday amid stringent security measures by the Lebanese Army and the Internal Security Forces.

The electoral lists are distributed as follows:

Beirut

Beirut I (Ashrafieh, Saifi, Rmeil, Medawar): 6 lists

Beirut II (Ras Beirut, Minet el Hosn, Dar El Mrayse, Mazraa, Msaytbe, Zkak El Blat, Bachoura, Port): 9 lists

Mount Lebanon

Mount Lebanon I (Keserwan, Jbeil): 7 lists

Mount Lebanon II (Metn): 6 lists

Mount Lebanon III (Baabda): 7 lists

Mount Lebanon IV (Chouf, Aley): 7 lists

North

North I (Akkar): 8 lists

North II (Tripoli, Minieh, Donniyeh): 11 lists

North III (Zgharta, Bcharre, Koura, Batroun): 7 lists

Bekaa

Bekaa I (Zahleh): 8 lists

Bekaa II (West Bekaa, Rachaya): 6 lists

Bekaa II (West Bekaa, Rachaya): 6 lists

South

South I (Saida, Jezzine): 7 lists

South II (Tyre and villages of Saida Al-Zahrani): 4 lists

SouthIII (Bint Jbeil, Nabatieh, Marjaayoun, Hasbaya): 3 lists
