Jakarta:President Joseph Aoun held discussions with Acting UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon Jean Arnault regarding recent domestic and regional developments, with a focus on the situation in South Lebanon and the activities of United Nations organizations within the country.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, Arnault provided President Aoun with insights from meetings conducted during his visits to several countries, notably including discussions in Iran.

The conversation also included an examination of regional developments, particularly those affecting Gulf countries, in light of recent attacks targeting Saudi Arabia.
