Beirut: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, on Monday departed Rafic Hariri International Airport, bound for Riyadh, in response to an invitation from Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Youssef Riji, accompanies President Aoun on this visit. Lebanon’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Dr. Fawzi Kabbara, is set to join the delegation upon their arrival in Riyadh.
