Bourj hammoud: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, offered his condolences this morning at the Mar Doumit Church in Bourj Hammoud following the martyrdom of Father Pierre Al-Rahi, parish priest of Qlayaa, who was killed in the Israeli shelling of the town a few days ago.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, President Aoun reiterated to the family of the martyred priest and the town's residents his deep sorrow at the loss of Father Rahi, "who was a symbol of resilience and of the southerners' determination to remain in their villages and towns."
