Beirut: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, on Tuesday received a letter from the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, delivered by Qatari Ambassador to Lebanon Saud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the letter included an official invitation for President Aoun to participate in the Second Global Summit on Social Development, which is scheduled to occur in Doha this November.
