Beirut: President Joseph Aoun received a phone call this afternoon from the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Ahmed Al-Tayeb, who inquired about the current situation in Lebanon and expressed his solidarity with the Lebanese people during the difficult times they are facing.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the President thanked the Grand Imam for his sentiments, appreciating his solidarity with the Lebanese people and his prayers for a swift end to their suffering.
