Baabda: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, on Tuesday afternoon received at Baabda Palace, Minister of Tourism, Laura Khazen Lahoud, who briefed him on the ministry’s work program for the upcoming tourism season and the measures taken to reopen the Jeita Grotto to the public. The discussion also addressed the status of this summer’s international festivals and the preparations underway to launch these festivals.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the Minister of Tourism expressed her confidence that this summer’s tourism season will be successful, especially after the resumption of flight, hotel, and restaurant reservations, which had been suspended or canceled due to the Israeli-Iranian confrontations.
