Baabda: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, on Wednesday received at Baabda Palace, Head of the Lebanese Kataeb Party, MP Sami Gemayel. The meeting focused on the current regional developments and their potential impact on Lebanon.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the discussion touched on the rapid developments on the regional scene and the repercussions of the Israeli-Iranian war on the region. Both leaders emphasized the importance of efforts to spare Lebanon from the negative effects of this conflict.
