Beirut: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, received a phone call from Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa, during which they discussed the current developments in the region.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Presidents Aoun and Sharaa affirmed that “the current delicate circumstances require enhanced coordination and consultation between the two countries, particularly regarding the need to control the borders and prevent any security breaches from either side.”
