President Joseph Aoun Returns to Beirut Winding Up Two-Day Official Visit to Kuwait

Beirut: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, along with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Youssef Raggi, and the accompanying delegation, returned to Beirut this evening, concluding a two-day official visit to Kuwait, during which he met with the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and senior Kuwaiti officials.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, during the visit, discussions were held on enhancing bilateral relations and exploring avenues for cooperation between Lebanon and Kuwait. The meetings aimed to strengthen diplomatic ties and address mutual interests in various sectors, including economic collaboration and cultural exchanges.

President Aoun’s visit was marked by high-level discussions that underscored the importance of maintaining strong ties between the two countries. Both sides expressed a commitment to furthering cooperation and deepening relations, reflecting a shared vision for regional stability and development.
