Maronite Patriarch, Cardinal Beshara Boutros al-Rahi, presided over Sunday Mass service in Bkerki this morning.
In his sermon, Patriarch Rahi appealed to the state to cooperate and help private and Catholic schools and deal with them humanely.
Rahi also expressed his concern about targeting the judiciary with the aim of disrupting the investigation of the port case.
The Patriarch hoped that the new government would implement reforms and allow for a ‘one Lebanon’ within the framework of neutrality and extended decentralization under the rooftop of one independent, free and sovereign state.
