Red Cross Convoy Moves to Ras Naqoura for Detainee Transfer

Beirut: A convoy of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has departed for Ras Naqoura to facilitate the transfer of four detainees from the Israeli occupation army to the Lebanese Army in Mansouri, situated south of Tyre.
